Phil Cotter

SENIOR Regional Vice President

Phil joined Courier Express in September 2007 as a corporate operations manager. Shortly after his arrival at the company, he was promoted to general manager of the U.S. Region. In early 2012, Phil was named vice president and general manager for the Mid-South Region. In 2016, Phil was named regional vice president over the Mid-South and Central and South Florida areas. In January 2019, his areas of responsibility expanded to include the South Carolina Region. With more than 20 years of combined experience in sales, risk management and operations, Phil was a key contributor in companies like AirNet Systems, RTI Transportation and US Delivery before joining Courier Express.

Phil received a B.A. in English and communications from St. Thomas University. Married with two children, Phil and his wife enjoy the activities of their two children as well as attending sporting events, plays and movies.
